Opening Texas in Taylor Lake Village

Taylor Lake Village is fortunate that we are mostly residential and have plenty of open spaces and room between homes. Even with our advantages, TLV  had a few Covid 19 cases and fortunately all have recovered.  With the plan to open Texas, EVERYONE must remain diligent by:

  • Stay at home if you can, but when outside maintain 6 ft. distance
  • Wash hands often for 20 seconds, or use hand sanitizer
  • Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then throw it away
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Disinfect surfaces,  handles, doorknobs, and any place often touched
  • Avoid close contact with people
  • Wear a mask when out in public

TLV is reopening it park equipment for public use, but be aware the equipment is not sanitized immediately after each use. Bring hand sanitizers and use them after touching any equipment in the park. Actual families living in one house are allowed to be close together, but otherwise you must keep at least 6 feet between non family members.

I ask you to be smart and use good judgement as all our behaviors combined will hopefully NOT result in a huge spike up in Covid 19 cases. I recognize the terrible ambiguity associated with this virus and the uncertainty for our future it creates. Governments here and all over the world are struggling with the same issues and no one has all the answers. Let’s take care of the families in Taylor Lake Village and make sure we are as safe as possible.
