Shelter-in-Place

When Emergency Management gives the order to shelter-in-place to protect yourself in an emergency, do the following.

1. Go inside and take your pets inside.
2. Shut all doors and windows.
3. Turn off your air conditioning or heating.
4. Tune your radio to KTRH-AM 740 or KUHF-FM 88.7.
5. Free-up your phone line in case the Emergency Management Department needs to call you.
6. Wait for the all clear announcement on TV, radio, CAER Line, or siren.
