Electrical Rideable Devices

The city recently passed Ordinance 26-764, regulating the operation of electric bicycles, electric scooters and electric skateboards. It is the City’s intent to protect, preserve, and promote the public health, comfort, convenience, safety, and welfare of its citizens by providing for fair and equitable regulations pertaining to the operation of Electric Rideable Devices upon the City’s streets, sidewalks, and public grounds.
